1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Mirame (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
Mirame is operated by PokkaServices Oy.
2. The Service
Mirame is a personal styling and virtual try-on assistant. It lets you build a digital closet, scan your body measurements, receive AI-powered size and fit recommendations, and generate virtual try-on imagery.
Recommendations are generated by automated tools and are provided for guidance only—they are estimates, not guarantees of fit, appearance, comfort, or suitability.
Virtual try-on images are AI-generated visualizations and may not accurately represent real-world appearance, color, fabric behavior, texture, or fit.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Mirame offers optional paid subscriptions (Premium and Pro) that unlock higher usage limits and additional features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Usage limits for AI features (try-ons, fit analyses, body scans, and video generation) reset each billing period.
Refund requests and billing disputes for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including:
- Uploading content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
- Scraping store data in violation of those stores' terms.
- Using the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Third-Party Stores & Links
The App may retrieve product, sizing, pricing, and image information from third-party clothing stores and web pages that you choose to link.
Mirame does not own or control that content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or the practices of those third parties. All trademarks, product names, logos, and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, and software are owned by Mirame and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the photos, measurements, and other content you upload. By using AI features, you grant Mirame a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the requested services.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Size and fit recommendations are estimates based on available data and may not reflect actual fit. You are solely responsible for verifying sizing and product suitability before making any purchase from a retailer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mirame and PokkaServices Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including purchasing decisions made based on its recommendations.
10. Force Majeure
Mirame shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
